Refund Policy

There could be certain circumstances beyond our control where you could receive a damaged / defective product or a product that is not the same as per your original order. We will replace the product. In such circumstances, before using the product, please get in touch with us and we will guide you on the process for the same.

Conditions for return:

1. Please notify us of receipt of a Damaged / Defective product within maximum 2 Days of delivery.
2. Products/Items should be UNUSED.
3. Products should be returned in their original packaging along with the original price tags, labels and invoices.
4. It is advised that the return packets should be strongly and adequately packaged so that there is no further damage of goods in transit.
Incase of returns Buyer has to send it back on its own for Replacement 25% Will be deduced in case of Refund with in 30 Days of delivery
Incase of Exchange or Return Buyer has to pay to and from shipping Charges We will also not be able to accept the return if product
• Is modify / burnt or altered
•Exhibits physical damage to the box or to the product
•Is returned without original packaging and accessories
•Serial Number is tampered.
• Physically damaged items will not be replaced or refunded
In case you have received a defective, damaged, or a ‘not-as-described’ product, you can call or drop in a mail within 2 days from delivery of your product.
You will need to return the unused product along with its original packaging with all the items included with the product within 7 days of registering your complaint.

Calls will be attended from Monday to Saturday between 11.00am to 5.00pm Calls will not be attended before or after above mentioned hours.
Calls will not be attended on Bank Holidays & Sundays.
